Shrikant contributes in setting business strategies, initiating strategic partnerships, generating new business. His networking and interpersonal skills helps Anka in building strong teams. He also brings to the table the right synergy of business acumen and project management.

Shrikant is a Mechanical Engineer, who also obtained his Master's in Business Administration from Pune University.

Working in the manufacturing sector for a short span, he gained good understanding of the challenges of engineering clients from the IT standpoint. Later making the transition to the IT industry, he worked for software companies for 10+ years before eventually founding Anka.

In his earlier career, Shrikant has worked both in small firms as well as for the big players; he learned a lot and got the opportunity to lead teams on large, complex assignments with a tight cost-time frameworks. This wide exposure has endowed him with good people skills and leveraging abilities. Shrikant has 23+ years industry experience.
